Title: Chicken Salad Bake

Yield: 3 Servings

1cSliced celery
1/2cChopped onion
3tbButter
1 1/2cMayonnaise
1 1/2cMilk
2tbLemon juice
  Salt and pepper to taste
6cCooked chicken
2 5 oz. cans sliced water
  Chestnuts
2cShredded Cheddar cheese

Saute the celery and onion in the butter. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Randy Rigg
